Welcome to Bally Savings Bank, Member of the FDIC and an Equal Housing Lender. Bally Savings Bank was originally incorporated in 1923 by a group of local businessmen. Its mission was to promote savings and provide the means for affordable home ownership for all customers in Bally and the surrounding communities.
Today, the Bank still has its roots in the local community as a mutual savings bank with our office located in the heart of Bally at 323 Main Street. While we are committed to bring new services and technology to our customers, we still have the time to say hello and ask you how things are going.

Bally Savings Bank’s mission is to provide every customer with the best personal service and attention possible. We provide our customers within our business area with competitve deposit and loan services.
Bally Savings Bank provides mortgage loans primarily to individuals seeking to purchase, build or refinance their homes while giving a competitive rate of return for all funds deposited with us. By focusing on our deposit products – savings accounts and certificates of deposits -- these funds make it possible to grant mortgages which in turn support and strengthen the communities we serve.
Bally Savings Bank generally does not lend outside the communities we serve. We discourage acceptance of out of state deposits unless previously a customer of ours. We keep and service all our mortgage loans.
In following this mission, Bally Savings Bank will be able to maintain steady growth, profitability and a strong capital position necessary to allow us to serve our local communities well into the future.
